Subject: [MW:3902] A312 TP316 SCH 10S WELDING DIA 10"
Dear Friends,Seniors,
Subject:-A312 TP 316L SS, SCH 10S WELDING,DIA 10"
We are facing too many failures with our welders in Welding of SS Sch 10S (Lower Thickness).Even Good welders are not able to give good penetration even with adequate purging.Fusion is not clear.Sometimes the shape changes.
Is it bcoz of the ability of the Welder only or Something extra need to be taken care ?
Anybody can give me useful tips/suggestions to come over this issue? Any useful tips to the welders?
Warm Regards
Ramesh
