it could be SB209 (not SB290)
 
ER1100 is suitable, but ER 4043 may be used for some applications. refer SFA 5.10 for selection choice.

I' ve to weld SB 290 ALUMINIUM 1100, I m using ER 4043,but I m not sure weather it's a pefect filler wire.
Is there any chart available to choose appropriate filler wire or electrode  for the perticular material?

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
