Hi Palani,
It is to be done as per only the client specification only..
Check your piping class requirement, Normally Instrument lines are threaded lines where it calls for Pneumatic test.
For the replacement of test requirement from Hydro test to Pneumatic test,The % of RT is purely upto the discretion of the client only...And depends on the piping class and service..
