[MW:3829] RE: 3826] RT Requirments

I assumed, code of const. is B 31.3.
As far as B 31.3 code is concern, Extent of RT check is not required to change. Please refer relevant Para. 3414.4.1 (4), 345.1(b), (c), 345.5.
For the Pneumatic test, stored energy calculation may be required in accordance with ASME PCC-2, Article 5.1, Appendix II.
 
For the utilities lines (Instrument Air) - 10% RT is sufficient. but Extension of RT may be increased if your rating (Design pressure) is ≥ 600#.
Recently  I came across one of the Client spec (Total Exploration & Production) where it is indicated that "100% RT for lines subjected to Pneumatic Test" for the hydro carbon and cryogenic Services.

Dear Friends Good DAY,
 
Can any one help for the below quiery,
 
A requirement for to replace Pnuematic test in palce of Hydro test for Instrument Air line.  Already there is a requirment of 10% Radiography of the line. What will be the RT required % if Pnumetaic test is carried out.
 
Pl. also let us know where may the requirment is given in CODEs or any other Project spec.
