[MW:23782] Weld Repair Procedure as per API 1104

Dear Members,

We qualified Welding Procedure on API 1104, now our Client is demanding Weld Repair Procedure Qualification.

In scope Weld Repair Procedure Qualification is not mentioned.

I need expert judgement that is it mandatory to qualify Weld Repair Procedure for each welding procedure in API 1104.
