You have to satisfy AI that re certification is meeting requirements of construction Code viz UG-10(a) (2) of ASME SecVIII-I
On the other hand compare requirements mentioned in ASTM A537 & SA537 for Melting Method, Melting practice, Manufacturing's process, De oxidation; if all are same for both standard then we can justify meeting SA537-2013 as well
