dear expart,

7018-1 electrodes are used for only p1 material where high impact
value required, but ur cliant says that use 7018-b2l then it means
that ur base matel is low alloy steel,just tell us material
specification and also if u search in asme sec. 2 c you will find
electrode . B2 stands for p4 material.
