What is the specification of the material that is to be welded? Also D&H, ADOR and ESAB is having the electrode E7018-B2L. This is a commonly available brand, surprise to hear that you are not getting it.
Also please refer ASME Sec II C (Check it based on the SFA number you required) for understanding the difference.
