No problem (It is not problematic) during welding If it is welded with NiCrMo3 type filler with proper Parameters like Heat input,Inter pass temp , and weld bead thickness (preferably smaller bead height )

Dear experts,
Could anyone who has experiens in welding of INCONEL 625 to S.S. 316 or 316L explain which problems mostly could occour during SMAW?
I mean about technical (e.g. poor weld surface) and metallurgical (e.g.hot crack).
