Using class - II film instaed of class - I film need not be a reason for rejection, provided, if you have achieved the required density and sensitivity. Convince your client and do not repeat it in future.

Dear all,
Our RT subcontractor used by mistakes Class-II (kodak)film instead of class-I (Kodak)
Pipe Materials : 8" API 5L GrB  thk : 8.18mm. No of Joints : 35 Joints.
As per Spec : Class-I required for thickness less than 12.7mm.
Client rejects all RT films.
Any possible solution?
regards,
mohd.
