[MW:16096] Regarding clarification in S Stamp and PP Stamp.

Dear All,

 The Query is, how to define S & PP stamp. 

I hope S refer to code ASME Sec.I and PP refers to code ASME Sec B31.1.

what is external piping and proper?.

For example, if any client says to do external piping and stamp as S means how to justify whether it is correct or not. please clarify.

if S stamp means how to start it?

if PP means how to start?
