Hi,

 

It appears as a “hole”, not a “pin”hole… so no justification issue here on the acceptance/rejection of pinhole as it is a “hole” itself.

Thanks for the valuable reply.

Now i am clear that it is a pin hole. (also pl see attach photo).

But as per AWS D1.1 Sec 6 Table 6.1 also doesnot mentioned the acceptance criteria for the pin hole, but only stated about porosity. so how can we justify that pin hole is not acceptable as per what standard or Spec?

Pl advice.
