[MW:12850] Fabrication Of Pressure Vessel Sour Service

dear experts,

                     we have got an Pressure vessel for refinery project sour service for the first time in our company..

material: SA 516 Gr 60,22thk plates 

 Welding:E 7018+NACE+HIC

Dish Ends:Elliptical 2:1

Pls kindly advice me on the things that has to be followed during fabrication.What is 2:1 Elliptical dish end. pls kindly advice me.
