Follow the following Steps if it is practically feasible:1. Carry out buttering of your P11 pipe of ER70S-B2L
2. Carry out Local PWHT of buttered pipe3. Do welding of Buttered pipe with CS pipe using the same consumable.Reg,Jaydeep
