[MW:8942] F ER-70S-3


Dear All,
I have come across with welding filler wire which are stamped as "F ER-70S-3". I am unable to understand the meaning of letter "F" appearing on the filler wire. In AWS specification 5.18, I couldn't find any reference to this. 
Can anybody share some information on this.
