Your question is not clear??? please be specific.
" Impact test missing for the material which you are going to weld or the material which is used for PQR " 
NACE MR 0175 is only sour service requirement, if IMPACT TEST is client requirement then SAMPLE to be drawn from each HEAT ( for the material which is going to be used for production ).

 I have a PQR, 316 L for sour service with impact test, at -196 C. It is a client requirement. But the material test certificates doesnt shows any impact test results.  it shows MEETS THE MRO 175 requirements.  This MTC is acceptable with out impact test? ,  Shall I do the impact test on the above material?  and if it meets the client requirements  shall we use the same material for all the production? seeks your valuable advise and opinion above matter.
