From the description this material is a cast martensitic stainless steel.The close and popular ASTM/ASME grade would be A/SA743/CA6 NM.
GX$CrNi13-4 + QT, stands for cast martensitic stainless steel. I think you're missing one digit (see the number marked in red) in your description, that indicates Carbon percentage.See the attached sulzer document for your reference.
What's the intended use of this material? Hydro turbine blades or any Oil and gas applications??
Welding of this steel is possible as follows:-
- Matching chemistry-E/ER-410NiMo
- Dissimilar Chemistry--Austenitic S.S E-ER-309L
- Dissimilar Chemistry- Nickel Based Electrodes-Inconel-ENiCrFe3
