Hi Babu, Nominal thickness means pipe schedule thickess. Example pipe size 6" sch 40, A 106 Gr B , in this case sch 40 (7.11mm) is nominal thickness. Actual thickness means measured thickness but this measured thk should be with in tolerance as per applicable code.
