[MW:1633] Minimum impact energy value of PQR

Hi friends,

ASME sec VIII Div.1 shows the average impact energy value for CS ( SA516 Gr.70) in Fig. UG84.1M is 20J average up to Thk. 60 mm, 60mm to 75 mm it varies from 20J- 24J, 75 mm onwards it shows 24 J. If the PQR  is qualified in 40mm thk at 20J, the PQR will support to 16mm to 200mm as per ASME sec. IX. If my production thickness is 90 mm can I support this PQR for this procedure as the production calls for 24J average as per SEc. VIII and PQR shows 20 J?

Thanks & Regards
Muhammed Ibrahim PK
