Hi Hernan,
Could you please give some more details ?
What is the temperature of your reformed gas ?
Are you sure it's because of metal dusting ?
What does your licencor says ?

Hope I can help you after your replies .

We have metal dusting corrosion in two thermowells, downstream of Hydrogen reformer.

Any have experience about this problem?

Thermowells are Incolloy 800HT.  This is not the best metallurgy for this corrosion problem.

According to NACE, the better metallurgy is Alloy 699 XA.

We are looking for any factory that  produce thermowells using that metallurgy.
