[MW:30742] Requirements for preheating before Oxy-Acetylene cutting

  Dear Experts,

We are fabricating leg cans as per B31.3, the material S690QL1 and thickness is 60 mm. After Oxy-Acetylene cutting the plate materials are  going for rolling for can preparation. Here my enquiry is if pre heating is required for high strength material before oxy-Acetylene cutting?  Is it mentioned in any code or anywhere? Please advise.
