Hi,
There are lots of consequences with PSL2 as per 01-SAMSS-333 and read the ANNEXs and apply what you actually required for your procedure VS production.
Check also your requirements falls on the clause 7.4.13.1 and 12.2 C, D of SAES-W-01X, lots of consequences when getting in lined with SAUDI ARAMCO which will make you essential variables.
Check chemical and mechanical properties and impact test requirements.
I hope when considering above all cases your PSL 1 coupon will be harder to get concurred with PSL 2 for the use of production which will be the bottom line of your procedure qualification.
Thanks.

Thanks to all for your reply.I know about this clause, but the problem being is we do not have all those material which is given in this clause.Plan to do PQR for in service welding. We have API 5L Gr. B PSL-1 Pipe only & construction material is API 5L Gr. B PSL-2.Now the question comes can we use PSL-1 pipe instead of PSL-2 for PQR purpose only.Regards,Puneet--On Mon, Feb 4, 2019 at 3:27 PM Mohamed Muneeb <muneebslsa@gmail.com> wrote:Refer para 7.4 of SAES-W-01*ThanksMuneeb.--On Mon, Feb 4, 2019, 7:15 PM Revdiwala Darshan <darshanmrevdiwala@gmail.com> wrote:It depends on your production joint material. If X65 and above then PQR shall be qualified with same material.Regards,Darshan--On Mon, 4 Feb 2019, 1:26 pm puneet arora, <puneetaroralnt@gmail.com> wrote:Dear All,--In Aramco project can we use API 5L Gr.
