[MW:29056] PWHT Requirment for ASME B31.8 and NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156

Dear Experts,

Can any one confirm the PWHT requirment for B31.8 piping code. Shall we exempt PWHT requirment over 32mm thickness by aplication of preheating and achieving hardness below 250 HV10.
