As stated by Mr. Goswami you can refer the ASME codes such as ASME section IX, XI etc.Understand the metallurgy changes that affect the TBW and how it works before you perform in actual.

For specific material search for research article related to TBW of the material of your concern, you might find some where already work is done with the results. try on www.sciencedirect.com or https://taylorandfrancis.com/journals/. Many free article available online also.
