Subject: [MW:29087] Deck plate buckking
Dear All,

For a storage tank as per API 650 construction (Dia- 60 mtr, height- 14.3 mtr), the external floating roof (Single deck) has been found with some buckling, waviness & gap between the leg support and deck pipe sleeve not maintained as per the drawings. I have referred Appendix C of API 650, not recommended acceptance criteria for waviness, buckling of decks and leg support gaps. Kindly share your experience on this above subject (Attached some snaps).
