its design temperature is 500 degree centigrade and working pressure is 68 Bar and the joint is pipe to threadolet and pipe thickness is 14 mm..so plz suggest

Choice one is to use ENiCrMo3(Alloy 625 based) butter the P11 side for around 6-8mm and perform the PWHT and weld the buttered end with the 316 using E309MoL/E309L when design temperature is less than 315degC else weld with ENiCrMo3.Thanks & Regards
