Could you please explain me the stellite welding procedure for Cast Alloy M35-1 Valve Seat Ring and Wedge/Disc (Monel 400) (UNS N24135)

1. what is the suitable stellite alloy used to welding the subjected material (Like ..Stellite 6, 12 & 21) 
2. How to prevent the Hairline cracks 
3. what is the preheat, post heat and PWHT requirements
4. which is the suitable stellite alloy for shop and field
5. What is the suitable welding process

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
