I was looking for PWHT TIME requirement for 16" S120 P11 pipe to 8" S120 WEDOLET holding time. would you help me?

We have ordered fired heater in which coil material is SA335 P11. Coil size is 6" x SCH 40 (i.e. 6.625" OD x 0.28" THK). These coils are PWHT'd. Issue is, our vendor forgot to weld the thermocouple RF pads on the coil before PWHT. What needs to be done further if we weld the RF Pads on the already PWHT'd coils? Do we need to do PWHT again for that particular joint?
