[MW:27064] distance between two weld joint in tank

Dear sir,

I would like to ask you what is distance between two weld joint in tank as per( API 650) i am facing problem to weld nozzle which is over lapin fillet joints.so please give me advise how much distance i can move nozzle to avoid overlap .
