ASME Sec-IX, QW-193.1.1, Visual Examination is also must.

See all the Acceptance Criterias given.

ASME SEC IX will tell only PT and Maco Examination is to be done, If you have as per ASME SEC IX than it's not required. Client spec. will speak about (Pull out, Tear Test etc.) these test, Pls check if you have any client specification applicable.
