Now, I have facing one of issue, At present  working with  Indian railway project, thirt party is also there from client side. They does't know what the wps & pqr becoz. Wps & PQR  is not mentioned in their spec./manual. But as per IS standard testing they have carried.
But 2nd authority is saying make wps & pqr.
Now question is...  whats the parameter to be set for rail section? Because all parameter are different from piping or structure. Whats format as per section IX or ...?
Mat. Spec. .. IR  T12 grade 880, 60kg 90 uts
Requesting all of you, Please advice and send a sample wps & pqr  as per this mat. Spec.

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
