If the welding is for ASME Sec VIII Div -1 Vessel, then test Macro ( for MLP check ) , PT, Visual. This is enough as per ASME-IX QW - 193 requirements.
Hardness & RT are Special Tests as per Client requirements only, inorder to judge the hardness value . Quite Stringent too.
Pull out & Tear tests are required for Sec VIII , Div-2 Vessels, If I am not mistaken.
Do you have Client Spec to weld this MockUp ?
Read again ASME-IX, QW 193. 1 to 3 for MockUp testing requirements and you must read QW-288 for Essential Variables to follow during Qualification.
