Dear Mohd.
 

A Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) is a written document that provides direction to the welder or welding operator for making production welds in accordance with Code requirements.

QW-252 to 265 states the Variables of WPS. In WPS we are checking the quality requirement of the joint. It could be done by any welder.

Question-1: Is it require one welder should weld entire circumference(ROOT+HOT) ;then second welder weld entire circumference (FILL+CAP)

YES OR NO

Question-2  Both the welder weld half circumference at same time (side-A 12-9-6,,,,SIde-B 12-3-6)===SEC IX

YES OR NO.

Question 3 : OR its depend on WPS how we have qualified with welder situation.(as per Question-1&Question-2)

YES OR NO.
