With reference to above the calculations as follows:

1. Fillet leg length    ' L' - 0.75 times of Base Metal Thickness  (for load bearing structures)

2. Fillet leg length    ' L' - 0.38 times of Base Metal Thickness  (for non load bearing structures)

3. Throat thickness  ' t'  - 0.71 times Leg length.' L'
