Dear Kumar
if the material is badly pitted, pitting isze and depth is more than
0.8mm then the materal is not acceptable in general, if higher thick
material, where thicknesss alloance ( more) permitted then this can be
used by grinding , in case of Pressure part, rusted, pitted and less
thick material are not acceptable.
