Dear Mr. Lassad,
API 620 covers the design and construction of large welded low pressure CS AST that have a single vertical axis of revolution.
API 650 establishes the minimum requirement of vertical, cylindrical, aboveground,closed and open top.
So your design may be as per API 650.
This is based on client requirement.
