Dear Chandrakant,
Clause 323.4 -b clearly states that if the thickness reduce below 80%
then only you have to go for reduction in temp. In your case it is not
require to reduce the temperature as you are not reducing the
thickness below 80%
And for the average value you have to refer the table 323.5 and
consider the minimum tensile strength of the either material.i.e if SA
333 gr6 have min. tensile strength value 60 and Sa350 have min.
tensile strength value 70 then you have to consider the value 60 from
table.
