-- Can you please share your experience with welding of 4145H.
The problem is as follows:
Base metal UTS = 157ksi
Client spec advises = PWHT @ 560°C
Now, the tensile achieved was only 110ksi
Bend test failed
Macro specimen shows high amount of martensite in the cap side.
CVN @ room temperature = 40Joules
