[MW:14891] Joining of Brass to Aluminium

 
Dear Experts,
 
1. What is the best way to join a brass to aluminium.
 
Welding or Brazing? and How?.
 
2. Is there any galvanic effect between Brass & Aluminium, if they are joined together by bolting?.
 
The above two cases are intended for electrical application.
