Hi Ravikumar reddy,
 
Repair Percentage can be calculated weekly, monthly and also total, based on the client requirement..
 
Repair percentage can be either linear bases or joint bases.
 
1) Repair Percentage per welder on linear bases = {Total Defect Length (by A) / Total RT length (by A)} *100
 
Total Defect length and Total RT length must be of same unit (mm or meter)
 
2) Repair Percentage per welder on Joint bases = {Total No. of joints got repair (by A) / Total No. of joints RT done (by A)} *100
 
note : A- Welder name
