[MW:12816] percentage of the loss thickness of the old piping

Dear experts,

Good morning,

I have a trouble about how to choose the percentage of the loss
thickness of the old piping?
Can anyone introduce any reference standard or handbook to choose the
values of the loss thickness of piping?

I can choose 12%, 15% or 20% of the loss thickness but I do not know
if these values are good.

thanks in advance.
