Rahul,
What's the design code? If it's ASME Sec-VIII,DIV-1, look under UNF. The attached booklet gives good information on various types of Titanium alloys. You may refer pages 5 through 10(both inclusive) for various design and stress related values. However you need to verify the same from ASME Sec-II, Part-D for accuracy.
Best of Luck.
Thanks.

Subject: [MW:8350] P-T rating for Titanium Flanges
Dear All,
Has anyone calculated flanges for Titanium Piping ?
How can I approach a P-T rating ( for CL 150 & PN10 bar system ) for Titanium Flanges ( ie. Titanium Stub End and SS316 Lap Flange construction )
Waiting for your reply.
Rahul
