One of my firend need help for selection of Suitable welding electrode for 42CrMo4 V material (DIN 1.7225 / SAE 4140) and preparation of WPS/PQR

As discussed forwarding the related information for selecting the suitable welding electrode on repair welding of 42CrMo4 V material (DIN 1.7225 / SAE 4140).

The chemical properties are :

C        041-0.45,
Si        0.15-040,
Mn        0.6-0.80,
P        0.025 max,
S        0.08-0.020 ,
Cr        0.90-1.20,
Mo        0.15-0.30
Cu        0.30 max

0.2 5 Ys         680 N/mm2
UTS                850 N/mm2
% Elongation        13 min
Reduction in Area  52 min
Hardness        270-310 HB
Impact at -20 deg celcius        Avg 35 J min.

Request you to suggest a suitable welding electrode for this material.
