[MW:8400] Cracks in pipe wedling

Dear ,

 

Please advise me for 34 inch Dia and 20mm thickness pipe of 65X why the cracks are observed while using E 8010G & remedial action.

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
