[MW:4809] Impact requirement for non pressure parts.

Is it required to use Impact tested Welding procedure WPS
( supported by Impact tested PQR) to weld vessel internal Parts?

I.e parts that are directly welded on shell/head(non pressure joints).

Vessel is ASME code stamped, Shell & heads base meterials require impact testing as per code.

can any body give code referances (ASME Sec.VIII Div.1/Div.II.

regards
P.Rao
