My PQR is according to ASME Sec.IX 2013 Edition.( PQR Material - SA 516 Gr.70 to P 355NH.).
The above PQR and WPS already submitted and I received comments from my client.
The scope is structural welding only. ( The propose of qualification is for stack supporting structure, seal welding of convection to the radiant section).
Applicable code as per heater and ASME IX.
According to my client comment - Unlisted material is not allowed.
Please explain to me why should not use the above mentioned PQR and WPS .
How I can give a response to my client.
