In ASTM A194 – 2017, its Section 7.2 Also deleted.

But Still ASME Sec 2 (SA-194) latest edition have Grade 4.

Yes this statement was issued back in 2015 or 2016 edition of ASTM A 194, please refer the latest version under Section 7.2
