Pqr is valid from the date of welding was performed on the pqr. Date of testing can be on a later date after welding date.

I have conducted procedure qualifications(welding done with recording all parameters) on 10/10/2019 and mechanical testing where conducted on 24/11/2019 in that all the testing were cleared. So my doubt is what date need to be endorsed that is during PQR generated test date or after mechanical test conducted date.
