In sour service there is a HIC risk. This risk is reduced if PWHT is done even the weld thickness is lower than the limits of UCS-56-1

We work on material selection about column materials (shell, head, skirt). If we use A-516 Gr.70 material in this project, does it require heat treatment for repair on the column during maintenance?
