Dear Karan,
You should continuously record the temperature during welding of the PQR test coupon.
It's better to have thermometers linked to a temperature recorder so you could have a reliable and permanent record of these temperature readings; all the parties sign it and you can easily calculate the calculate T8/5 for future use.
